Refund and Returns Policy

At SB Fragrances, we specialize in high-end designer fragrances and premium Arabic ouds. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

We accept refunds and returns only under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
• The item has no damage caused by the customer.
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

• Once your refund request is approved, you must return the product to us.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was from our side (wrong or damaged item).
• If the returned item does not meet our conditions, the refund will be rejected and the item will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Wait for return approval and instructions.
4. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed if reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Exchanges are only allowed for items of the same or similar value.
• Customers pay return shipping unless the issue was our mistake.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
• We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
• No return shipping cost will be charged in this case.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Products with broken seals
• Items without original packaging
• Products reported after 48 hours
• Damage caused by customer misuse

7. High-End Product Disclaimer

Our fragrances and Arabic ouds are luxury products. Minor differences in packaging, bottle design, or batch appearance may occur and are not considered defects. Scent preference is subjective and is not a valid reason for return or refund.
